Shopping FAQ

Weden merchandise from is printed and produced through a manufacture-on-demand partner. This  means that the product does not exist until you place the order. 

Production Timeline

Think of it in terms of custom-made products. Each product or type of product has an associated production timeframe. Simple products with simple designs are produced much quicker compared to products with complex manufacturing requirements. However, we’ve chosen to offer products in our store with relatively short turn-around times. 

Approximately 99% of our product are produced between 0 – 6 business days.

Shipping Timeline

We work daily with our shipping providers to continuously monitor timelines and optimize delivery schedules. Shipping times can vary for both products and variants. Variances in shipping times can occur due to the following scenarios:

  • Increase in overall shipping times during the holiday peak season.
  • International orders with limited tracking as they go through customs and being shipped by sea/air.
  • USPS orders requiring extra days during sorting.

Over 90% of products will be delivered to you 6 business days or less.

Order Cancellations and Address Changes

We cannot make any cancellations or address changes for any orders after your order has reached production.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges can not be accepted due to the manufacture-on-demand nature of production.

There are exceptions to this rule. 

We can offer a reprint/refund: 

  • If there is a manufacturing issue with your product in your order.
  • If the product in your order is broken or damaged in the mail.
  • If you receive the wrong product in your order.
  • The order is lost in transit and the initial shipping address for the order doesn’t need to be changed.
  • The order is lost in transit and the actual shipping time exceeds the general shipping time frame for orders.

We DO NOT offer reprints/refunds:

  • If you don’t like the product printed accordingly to our manufacturer’s standards.
  • If you select the wrong size when ordering the product.
  • The order is still within the specified maximum production and shipping times for the products.
  • The order is lost in transit and the initial shipping address is incorrect and you need to change the address.
  • The tracking for your order shows delivered but you have not received the package.
